Absolutely! We offer Looks across multiple rooms — living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, lounges, and outdoor spaces. You can shop by House for Looks that create a cohesive feel throughout your entire home, or mix and match Looks from different collections. If you need guidance on pulling together a whole-home package, reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to help.

When you purchase a Look, you receive a fully curated, room-ready interior design package. This includes a shopping cart with all the items you see in the renderings of the Look on our website. In addition, you will receive a Design Box with paint and wallpaper recommendations, a customized space plan showing you exactly where to place each item in your own room, and our exclusive Insider's Guide to walk you through the installation process with pro tips. Everything is thoughtfully selected to work together — so all you have to do is put it in place.

Interior design is a luxury service and details matter. As experienced designers, we cannot sell you a list of furnishings and decor without reviewing how those items will fit in your home. We want you to have an exceptional experience. An expert eye and your customized space plan as part of the Design Box, as well as the Insider's Guide are essential parts of that experience.

A Lite Look is like a refresh and only contains accessories and artwork (and sometimes a side table or stool). It does not include furniture. Lite Looks are add-on purchases when you purchase a Look and you want to refresh other areas in your home. It's like a mini Design Box. At this time, Lite Looks cannot be purchased separately.

We provide a customized space plan with each Look to ensure the items fit in your space. Our Looks are designed to fit most spaces. Our Town House Looks are designed for small or compact rooms. If a particular piece is too big or too small, we will incorporate a piece that works in your personalized space plan and shopping cart.

Our Looks include everything...well almost everything. Plants, botanitals, trees, and books are not always part of the look. But sometimes they are. If you purchase a Look and an accessory you love is not in your customized shopping cart, please contact us and we will let you know where to find it or include something similar in your personal Design Box.

Each Look has two customization options. Personal customization such as swapping furniture pieces or accessories is not available. You have no obligation to purchase the individual items in our Looks. If you need further assistance with your curated shopping cart, please contact us.

You are welcome to purchase Looks from different Houses, but we cannot replace items in your Look with items in a different Look. Our Looks are expertly curated so that each item works together to create a cohesive vibe. If you purchase a Look and need a different piece of art or furniture, please contact us and we can help.

Our designs are limited edition, which means once they're gone, they're gone. We don't restock sold-out Looks, so if you fall in love with a design, we recommend purchasing sooner rather than later. Please note that our designs contain items from a variety of vendors and showrooms. Sometimes great pieces sell out. If an item in your Look is no longer available, we will find you a replacement that fits your Look. We know this is disappointing but this is part of design. Having our hearts broken because everyone else fell in love with our favorite chair too is an experience we've faced too many times.

Once you press the buy button, our procurement and delivery partner handles all the ordering and logistics across multiple vendors — you have one point of contact. You'll receive alerts as items arrive and you will need to be available by phone or email to schedule and manage deliveries to your home.

No. While your Look includes items from multiple vendors, our procurement partner acts as your single point of contact for all orders, shipping coordination, and delivery scheduling. You check out through one cart, and they handle the rest.

Yes. As your items arrive, you'll receive alerts and will need to take calls to schedule deliveries to your home. You or a trusted adult will need to be home to receive deliveries arriving by white glove delivery or freight. Items arriving by common carrier such as UPS or FedEx may require a signature or may be left at the door.

Our items are available in the United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally.

Unfortunately, damages are a part of the process. If an item arrives damaged, please take photos and reach out to our procurement partner, Daniel House Club, as soon as possible.
