Shipping policy

Inside Lookbook delivers designs digitally. Nothing is shipped.

What you'll receive: an email containing your digital Design Box. For a Look, that's the itemized shopping cart, the space plan with dimensions, paint and wallpaper recommendations (except Outdoor Looks), and the Insider's Guide. For a Lite Look, it's the itemized shopping cart.

When: Lite Looks arrive within about 24 hours of purchase. Looks arrive within 5–7 business days after we receive your photos and measurements; missing or incomplete details can delay delivery.

Where: the email address you gave at checkout, so please make sure it's correct. If your design hasn't arrived in the expected window, check your spam or junk folder, then contact concierge@insidelookbook.com within 14 days of your delivery email and we'll resend or troubleshoot.

Furniture and decor you choose to purchase from your shopping cart ship from our procurement partner, Daniel House Club, under Daniel House Club's shipping and return policies. Inside Lookbook does not ship, handle, or accept returns of products.

No refunds or cancellations. All design orders are final.
